All orders are subject to the availability of products. Before formalizing the order, you must select several options such as the delivery method that best suits your needs, whether you want home delivery or pickup at the point of sale. We will get your order to you in 24-48h.

The courier will make two delivery attempts, which will be notified to the customer. If delivery is not possible on both occasions, the courier will leave a message and the goods can be picked up from the office corresponding to your address within the next 15 days.??? If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with your order, agreeing on a new delivery date or you can also cancel the order with a refund of the price paid, except for the shipping costs incurred by the return of the goods.

In case that 30 days have passed since your order was available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and it will be returned to us. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received in accordance with the articles purchased, except for the return of shipping costs.

In the case of having opted for the delivery mode or pickup in store, your order may be delivered in the store. Once the order has been prepared, we will contact you to inform you that it is available for pickup. You can pick up the order personally (for which you must present the order number and your ID) or designate another person to pick up the order on your behalf, in which case, they must present the order number along with their ID.

If you make a purchase through the store pickup service, these Conditions will also apply to you, notwithstanding any other regulations that may apply.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount in the basket, before proceeding to payment.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. 17.0 Returns

You have a period of 15 natural days to return your order. The shipping costs for such returns will be at your expense.

Your right to return will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them, without removing seals or labels and without signs of use. No refund will be made if the product has been used, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, that have been modified or that belong to products for indoor use, bath or accessories. When returning an item, you must do so using all its original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany it, if any.

You can return the products to our physical store located at Calle carabela la niña, 27 El Coronil Sevilla. For this, you must deliver along with the item, the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also kept in your account on the website in case you had to recover it. You can present the electronic ticket by showing it digitally on the screen of your mobile device or by bringing it printed to the store.

You will be responsible for the return costs.

Please be aware that if you decide to return the items to us at your expense, we will be authorized to charge you for the expenses we may incur.

17.1 LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are confirming an order as a user, you will have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 7 natural days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire after the period previously indicated.

In the event that you withdraw, we will refund the payments received in accordance with the purchase, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method we offer) without undue delay. We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial payment. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you have provided proof of their return.

You must return the products to us or arrange for their return through a courier, without undue delay, and in any case, within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be met if you return the items before the end of that period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the items.

The return of the gift card is governed by the Gift Card Terms of Use.

17.3 RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you believe that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels, providing the product details and the damage it suffers. We may ask for photos or videos of the defective items for evaluation.

You can return the product to our physical store or by sending it packaged to a post office using a shipping label we provide to your email.

We will examine the returned product and will notify you by email if the refund or replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we confirm the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item.

Amounts paid for products that are returned due to a defect or fault, when it actually exists, will be fully refunded, including shipping costs as well as the costs you incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, except when a gift receipt is presented. In the latter case, the refund will be made with a credit note.

  1. The gift card or voucher (the Card) is valid for purchasing products for sale in the LA BELLE&ROSE store and websites.
  2. The Card is owned by its issuer: LA BELLE&ROSE., with NIF 48988297E, and address at Calle San Roque, 20 El coronil (Sevilla). The bearer is a mere depositary.
  3. The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
  4. If applicable, the refund of the amount of products purchased with the Card that are returned will be made by increasing the available balance.
  • Its balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
  • The card will not be replaced in case of theft, loss, or deterioration. The refund method is an essential condition and is considered expressly accepted with the purchase and/or use of the Card.
  1. The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for its use and custody belongs to its holder. It will not be replaced in case of theft, loss, or deterioration, although the Issuer reserves the right to replace it in case of a format change.
  2. The Card obtained illicitly will be void.

PRICES

The price indicated on each product includes the Value Added Tax (VAT) corresponding to the peninsular territory. Prices do not include shipping costs or other potential expenses or taxes. All prices are updated. LA BELLE&ROSE reserves the right to modify or update them without prior notice.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP OF ORDERS

Shipping of goods within the peninsular territory will be done within a maximum of 3 working days from the receipt of the order payment, during working hours and provided that the product is in stock. Otherwise, LA BELLE&ROSE will contact you to notify you of the situation and inform you of possible delivery times. We regret not being able to ship to P.O. boxes.

If you decide to cancel the order after it has been processed and shipped, the amount will be refunded, deducting delivery and pick-up costs, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Likewise, if after indicating a delivery address and the package has been sent, you wish to modify it, the costs derived from the modification will be borne by the customer.

For orders picked up at our store, located at Calle Carabela La niña, 27 El Coronil (Sevilla), we will confirm the availability of the purchased items on the first working day after receiving the payment and prepare the order for pickup on that same first working day after receiving the payment.

Parcel shipments will be made through the Correos company. SHIPPING COSTS

You can see the shipping price in the shopping cart section, always before confirming your order; and it will be calculated automatically based on the geographical delivery area.

Delivery in 48 hours. on weekdays, provided that the items are in stock and the order is received before 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5 pm on a Friday or during the weekend are considered processed on Monday at 10 am.

Taxes and fees excluded. Custom fees and other specific taxes for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the delivery point. For shipments destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, any customs detentions will not count for delivery time commitment purposes.

BILLING

Every purchase will always be accompanied by its corresponding receipt, which will serve as proof of purchase. An invoice is issued once the customer requests it, after receiving the necessary data for it. Once the invoice is issued, the data cannot be modified, except for errors made by LA BELLE&ROSE.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

If after purchasing one or more products from our website you wish to exchange them for another size or a new one, we make exchanges for another product of the same amount, paying the difference if it is of a higher amount.

If, on the other hand, you do not want another product, we will refund the price of it (from this amount, the costs caused by the collection of the returned items will be deducted).

Within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.
